At Artisticuistudio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your plant purchases. We understand that living plants require special consideration, and we've designed our return policy with this in mind.

Plant Satisfaction Promise

We stand behind the quality of every plant we sell. If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of illness within 7 days of purchase, we will work with you to make it right. This may include providing care advice, replacing the plant, or offering store credit.

Return Conditions

Plants

Due to the living nature of our products, plants may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The plant was purchased within the last 7 days
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • The plant shows signs of pre-existing damage or disease
  • You have followed the care instructions provided

Please note that plants that have been neglected, over-watered, under-watered, or placed in unsuitable conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Plant Accessories

Non-living products such as pots, planters, soil, and tools may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • You have proof of purchase
  • The original packaging is intact

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Workshop Registrations

Workshop fees may be refunded or credited if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class may receive store credit at our discretion.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us by phone or email with your purchase details
  • Bring the item to our Montreal store location
  • Our team will assess the item and process your return

Please note that all returns must be made in person at our store. We do not accept returns by mail.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Store credit never expires and may be used for any future purchase.
